Our fiberglass division has two self-made advance continuous FRP skins lines with our own technology. They owns the advantages of high-level automation, convenient control in process parameters and stable production and stable and high quality. Among the two lines, one mainly serves RV panels, which can make different textured FRP sheets as well as high gloss FRP sheets and the width can be up to 2.9 meters. The other line is mainly serving refrigerated truck bodies and logistic truck bodies, which can make FRP skins up to 3.2 meters wide. With the two lines, the annual production capacity reaches 2.4 million- square -meter FRP sheets.

Sheet metal production line has dozens of mechanical processing equipment, such as shearing machine, oil press, rolling machine, CNC bending machine, punch, welding machine, CNC turret punching, CNC plasma cutting machine, laser cutting machine etc..There are 3 sheet metal technicians, 28 senior sheet metal workers and 25 senior welders in the working team. All sheet metal workers and welders are certified.The main products are auto parts.
